As Project Office Manager, you will manage office administration, facilities management and employee support for one project site in a division. This role also files Certified Payroll and supports 3rd party stakeholders in contract compliance.

Supports onboarding and orientation for new hire employees, including processing drug screenings, presenting first-day orientation information and submitting new hire documentation in a timely, complete and compliant manner.

Enters data and reconciles invoice and purchase order (PO) information in company procurement program to ensure accurate and timely payment. Acts as liaison between vendors, subcontractors and other external partners to resolve invoicing and payment inquiries.

Enters equipment time and usage entries into company tracking program to support equipment usage reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.

Supports daily office administration and employee inquiries, working closely with human resources and payroll to resolve issues for employees.
Coordinates asset distribution and tracking for assigned employee group or project. Perform additional assignments per management's direction. Receives incoming telephone calls, messages, mail and packages to office and directs to appropriate person in a courteous and customer service oriented manner. Orders office supplies, manages facility maintenance and office equipment repairs as necessary. Position Description
The Office of the Secretary (OSEC) provides corporate secretary and other professional services, to Board members, Federal Reserve Banks, Board staff, and the public. In addition, the division is responsible for administering numerous Board programs in a manner consistent with relevant statutory provisions and regulatory requirements, as well as best practices. For example, OSEC oversees the administration of and provides support for certain Board advisory councils.
In addition to our core responsibilities, OSEC participates in numerous cross-divisional workgroups, including those responsible for developing and furthering the Board’s strategic goals and other objectives and for promoting employee engagement. OSEC is also actively engaged in furthering the Board’s efforts to ensure a diverse and inclusive work environment. OSEC makes strong, productive, and effective contributions to these efforts, representing the division’s interests consistent with the Board’s priorities.
Position Requirements
The candidate will provide oversight and support for OSEC’s strategic planning process and other organizational management activities, as well as assist division leadership with other functions, such as administering programs for certain Board advisory groups. Will be expected to manage ongoing and recurring tasks; long and short-term projects; and shifting priorities, including work that must be performed on short deadlines. Must collaborate closely with OSEC leadership to develop division’s strategic direction, identify potential new initiatives, set performance objectives, and report on results. Will routinely work as a member of both intra and cross-divisional teams, sometimes assuming leadership role with responsibility for producing high-quality end product, such as performance reports for public dissemination. Must have excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate superior writing skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, accurately, and effectively. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to propose well-reasoned solutions to novel questions. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
Senior Project Manager (FR 27): Strong preference for advanced degree in related area, such as business. General Description and Classification Standards


Deputy Commissioner of Strategy Planning, and Performance within the newly formed Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT). This role focuses on driving strategic allocation of resources and ensuring the achievement of the ATLDOT Strategic Transportation Plan.Duties include but are not limited to: providing professional and technical staff assistance, providing strategic advice to the Commissioner and/or Mayor's Office, and managing key strategic initiatives for the department.


Supervision Received


Direction received is very general and focuses on strategic objectives and is typically collaborative in nature. This is a policy-making level of management and would be considered "upper" management.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
