* Inform, implement, and communicate all departmental and company policies and procedures.

The Baggage Service Agent's main duties are to assists passengers in locating lost luggage as well as handing damaged bags and pilferage claims. Coordinates the return of lost luggage with other stations and external providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess damaged bag claim and determine the best resolution based on airline’s policy
- Process rerouting of missed baggage in accordance with the airline policy
- Perform follow-up correspondences regarding delayed baggage
- Complete baggage tracking log and submit daily
- Complete and analyze MBR and baggage coding functions
