Code Enforcement Officer (to include duties as Rental Registration Inspector) Potential Interactions: Administration, Finance, Building Department, Drinking Water Plant, Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer, Street, Parks, and Recreation Potential Supervisors: Chief Building Official, Director of Administration and Deputy Director of Administration Definition/Purpose: The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with municipal codes, ordinances, and regulations related to zoning, housing, property maintenance, and public health and safety.
