ROLE DESCRIPTION This role supports the security, facility, and technical compliance activities for Intelsat US LLC and its subsidiary organization, Intelsat General Communications LLC. The role is critical to ensuring the management of activities related to the company's personnel, facilities, operations, and communications security activities, especially regarding classified programs for the U.S. Department of Defense ("DoD"), Intelligence Community ("IC"), Special Access Programs ("SAP"), and other sensitive customer programs. Campus Safety Officers are responsible to the Director of Campus Safety through the command structure for the protection of life and property on the McDaniel College campus. Officers work variable shifts and are expected to be available for occasional overtime, and holiday work. Additional training occurring both on and off campus will be assigned.
