The Team
The AML Surveillance team within Fidelity's Legal Risk and Compliance Group is integral to supporting compliance with overall AML obligations required by the Bank Secrecy Act. The Asset Protection (AP) team's function is to keep our customers, teams and brands safe. AP partners with the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a variety of emergencies. Serve as a member of the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) and actively participate in store emergency response training, including First Aid.
Prepare and submit prompt and complete reports for all high-profile incidents, merchandise recoveries, investigations, policy violations, safety incidents and other illegal activities, etc.

About the Opportunity
Administrative Officers within the College of Arts, Media and Design work as part of a distributed shared service model; working closely in collaboration with academic departments and each other, as well as centralized divisions such as Human Resources, ITS, Finance, Research Grants and Administration, Research and Teaching labs, Events, Marketing, and Graduate programs for the college. This model aims to improve efficiency, provide cross training opportunities, and share resources.
Under the supervision of the Director of the School of Architecture, the Administrative Officer, Architecture will work collaboratively with the Administrative Officer(s), Art + Design to provide an advanced level of administrative support to department faculty, staff and students within both departments, under a minimal level of supervision. Administrative Officers work collaboratively to support multiple departments, in a distributed shared service model. Each academic department has its own unique needs and requirements; as such, the Administrative Officer works closely with Department Chairs and Directors to understand specific needs and tailor support accordingly.
The Administrative Officer manages the daily operations and administrative support for the School of Architecture, ensuring the efficiency of office functions and departmental activities. This includes coordinating meeting logistics, maintaining office supplies and equipment, resolving technical issues, and providing frontline operations support. The role also oversees departmental administration tasks such as budget management, curricular and enrollment processes, part-time faculty appointments, and departmental events. Additionally, the Administrative Officer acts as a point of contact for faculty, staff, and students, delivering tailored support based on department needs.
In collaboration with other Administrative Officers, the role includes responsibilities for graduate program support, such as recruitment, admissions, and student services for the M.ARCH and MDES programs, as well as long-term planning and accreditation preparations. The Administrative Officer also contributes to shared service initiatives across the College of Arts, Media, and Design, developing standardized procedures, implementing data management practices, and providing cross-departmental support. Administrative tasks include executive-level support for department directors, managing calendars, documenting processes, and preparing reports. This collaborative and dynamic role is integral to supporting both department-specific and college-wide goals.
