Must maintain custody of the assigned park phone while on duty and respond to all calls made to that phone. The company-issued phone must be returned to the office at the end of your shift. Must sign in within 15 minutes of the start of your shift and sign out within 5 minutes of the end of your shift or within 15 minutes after the end of your shift. Develop and maintain courteous relationships with company employees, client representatives, and the general public. Maintain a professional atmosphere within the areas of assignment.
