Ensure compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and regulations. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and display objectivity and respect for the views of others. Participate in Safety Stand Down Day and optionally participate in Survival Day and Vehicle Checkoffs with the LifeTrans team. Participate in mandatory Aeromedical Resource Management (AMRM) training with the AirLife team. Participate in other mandatory training and competency exercises as required by the Communications Manager/Designee. Participate in all education requirements including Moodle activity completion, review of Meeting Minutes, attendance at Communication Specialists Meetings, and fulfillment of International Association of Medical Transport Communication Specialists (IAMTCS) requirements. Encouraged to serve as a communications representative on an AirLife subcommittee and report back regularly to the communications team after one year of service. Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times. Perform other appropriate duties and tasks as indicated or directed by the Communications Manager, Communications Supervisor, or Designee. Education: High School Diploma or a GED; Associates Degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Safety and/or Security Officer; Healthcare experience preferred. Licensure: Valid Driver's License required.
