The contributions you will make:
This position markets and sells Compeer Financials insurance products to clients and prospective clients. Generates new business in agricultural risk services with new and existing clients and builds strong relationships with clients and prospects. Combines agricultural and business knowledge with the in-depth understanding of the client's operation to provide innovative and workable alternatives to solve problems the client and prospective client face. Crop Insurance Sales
Aggressively markets insurance products and expertise, by building relationships with clients, prospects and influencers which lead to new business and referrals.
Maintains client relationships through frequent interactions and periodic sales calls.
Delivers “value added” insurance services to the client.
Maintains prospect files, establishes ongoing prospecting plans and activities, and meets sales goals for Compeer's insurance business.

Crop Insurance Service

Monitors claims and ensures timely settlement of claims for clients and Approved Insurance Providers.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:
