Confront unauthorized persons for questioning; reroute or telephone for assistance based on the situation and need. Check cars in both parking lots and verify if vehicles are authorized. Check exterior lighting and access routes to emergency and fire entrances; assist with patients needing escort either for safety reasons or because of mobility issues. Escort patients and/or staff to and from parking lots as requested. Complete incident reports as needed. Respond to calls for request for presence by nurses, clinical, or support staff. Perform other duties as assigned.
