Essential Functions
Assist with preparation and set-up of loan documentation packages

Follow up on requests for documentation to ensure timely receipt
Answer general questions/inquiries from loan applicants
Consistently maintaining our reputation for excellent products and superior customer satisfaction
Assist Loan Officer with various business development tasks; including, but not limited to, marketing functions (printing of flyers/ordering supplies), maintaining a social media presence, assisting with event support and other actions as needed to drive production
Sending client and agent thank you notes
Mailing of loan documents/closing gifts etc. to clients
Compliance
Responsible for learning, understanding and practicing required fraud prevention practice, BSA and OFAC compliance requirements.
Ensure that BankSouth Mortgage adheres to all applicable federal and state regulations
Maintain confidentiality of all customer files & associated information
Assist examiners and auditors by providing required documentation
Correct exceptions to issues found by examiners and auditors

Under the direct supervision of the Safety Manager our Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for consumers, visitors, and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and the people onsite. Preventive patrol or inspectional service is the method employed by Safety Officers to determine that conditions are normal in a given area and to provide a visible deterrent factor. This function takes on greater importance at night by providing a feeling of safety for staff, consumers, and visitors. While on patrol, Safety Officers routinely turn off lights to conserve energy. They also check windows and doors to afford better protection to building occupants and to safeguard unoccupied areas.
An especially important function of Safety Officers is their rapid response to security emergencies within the BHCC. Whether for psychiatric or medical reasons, consumers sometimes become violent or threatening and Safety Officers are a critical member of the response team. They will use Mindset techniques when dealing with a consumer during a security crisis.

Employees in this position must be able to complete a Physical Abilities Test (PAT) on an annual basis which includes, walking, running, climbing, hurdling, crawling, dragging a 150-pound dummy and other physical requirements as outlined in Thomasville Police SOP. In addition, these PAT physical requirements are also daily job functions of a police officer during the normal course of their police duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires being in all types of outdoor elements including extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. There will be times when a suspect has to be chased, physically controlled, pulled from under houses and other unusual locations, restrained, and anything else that goes along with making arrests. Due to the nature of the type of individuals and calls for service the officer in the position may be subjected to all sorts of drugs and the fumes and hazards of drugs such as meth labs. When handled improperly by suspects some of the chemicals used to produce drugs can explode, and others can be lethal just by inhaling certain fumes. There may be times when surveillance and other duties require getting high on top of buildings, climbing stairs, bending/stooping to conceal oneself, walking, lifting, standing, and other similar activities. There will be a lot of typing and paperwork involved in this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires being in all types of outdoor elements including extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. There will be times when a suspect has to be chased, physically controlled, pulled from under houses and other unusual locations, restrained, and anything else that goes along with making arrests. There may be times when surveillance and other duties require getting high on top of buildings, climbing stairs, bending/stooping to conceal oneself, walking, lifting, standing, and other similar activities. There will be a lot of typing and paperwork involved in this position.
