Onboard new students each term and provide academic counseling to continuing students for effective management of academic trajectory, including course registration in compliance with AIC policies and SOE procedures. Timely prepare and disseminate reports to academic leaders on number of students admitted, continuing, and graduating each term by program for decision-making and tracking purposes * Manage student records within the SOE, including databases and files required for effective decision-making and continuous improvement for all SOE academic programs. Prepare and timely submit reports on degree candidates anticipated to enter and enrolled in SOE capstone courses each term (e.g., Practicum in educator preparation, Field Based Research for degree-only/non-licensure programs, and Dissertation-related courses for the EdD). Submit annual report to academic leaders for review/data analysis for continuous improvement and accreditation purposes. * Other Duties as assigned Requirements: * Bachelors required, Masters preferred * Experience in Education, Counseling and/or Student Affairs * Prior experience with effective academic coaching, counseling, and student advising. The Police Officer is responsible for the efficient performance of his/her duties in conformance with the rules, regulations, and policies contained in this . ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES An officer's duties shall consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, several general police responsibilities necessary to the stability and safety of his community. Responsibilities are: Exercise authority consistent with the obligations imposed by oath of office and be accountable to his superior officers, promptly obeying legitimate orders. In cases where an arrest is made, an arrest report is submitted along with the required crime reports. Use the call number assigned to the care to contact headquarters. Operate the radio in line with FCC regulations and current departmental procedures. Insofar as possible shall not patrol area according to any fixed route or schedule but shall alternate frequently and back track to be at the location least expected. Part-time, per-diem basis, as determined by the needs of the department to cover shifts for full-time officers, and/or to provide additional coverage for special events, etc. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: provide assistance to students, staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner; complete security and incident reports and ensures accuracy of documentation; patrol the campus to observe and identify potential safety and security risks; perform building security checks; respond to all emergency situations arising on campus ranging from medical emergencies, fire alarms and other crisis situations.
