Responds to emergency situations by providing airway management, administering emergency fluids or drugs, or using basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques. 6. Prepare/set up equipment, layout supplies, prepare necessary gases, medications, and administer anesthetics 7. Perform regular patient vitals and legibly record findings in the patient records. 8. Fully document procedure/sedation performed on patient. 9. Remain up-to-date with the latest advances in the anesthesia field including the introduction of new medical equipment and techniques. EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program 2. Valid state CRNA Licensure. 3. Current ACLS and/or BLS as required by clinic or surgical center. 4. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence as well as communicate effectively with physician, staff, and patients. 5. REASONING SKILLS: Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Also able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. 6. Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7.
