-Fielding phone calls from customers and transportation specialist
-Will be handling a ton of problem resolution and customer resolution
-Tracking shipments and getting updates on shipments
-Will be doing tons of customer support type conversation, putting out fires
-Handling as many as 30 phone calls per shift
-Coordinating shipments where needed
-Utilizing internal software system along with MS Suite for data entry
-Confirming and processing electronic billing
-They will be working off a variety of SOP's
-Transportation or logistics experience
-Extremely reliable along with great written and verbal communication
-Comfortable handling phone calls
-Ability to work alone and on nights
