Role Responsibilities: * Serve the critical role of being the liaison between doctors, clients, and patients * Organize/ track patient diagnostics * Coordinate hospitalized patient treatment * Prepare patient discharge reports/ in-hospital updates * Communicate with clients, referring DVMs; and pharmacies as needed regarding appointments, medical concerns, patient updates, referrals, and prescriptions * Assist veterinary staff in animal restraint, radiography, and with lab equipment Experience & Skills Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience * Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and terminology * Ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively with both staff and clients * Strong verbal and written skills * Strong attention to detail and follow through * Excellent customer service skills and a desire to provide outstanding service to clients * Ability to handle high stress situations * Flexible weekend availability You'll Grow With Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
