Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on managing and leading quality assurance teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: Manual harvesting and transportation of brine shrimp eggs. Eggs are manually gathered into piles, using general hand tools such as shovels and rakes, shoveled into small bags, manually loaded, transported, and then manually transferred into larger bags which are transported via heavy equipment.

Must be a self-starter. Prior related experience or training is preferred, but not required. The ability to read, write, and speak English is not a major requirement of this position; however, some basic understanding of the English language is preferred. Possible work near moving mechanical parts, machines, vehicles, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration. The noise level is usually minimal. Transportation to work sites may involve vans, trucks, and/or riding on ATVs as a driver or passenger.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to live on-site in tents or camp trailers at remote harvest camps around the Great Salt Lake during the harvest season. Ability to sleep in army-style cots. Ability to physically work long hours (12-16 hours or as needed). The majority of the time requires standing, walking, sitting, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and verbal communication (basic English speaking and listening/understanding). Ability to repeatedly lift upwards of fifty (50) pounds. Ability to see with or without corrective lenses.
Schedule:
Shore Harvesters are generally scheduled to work seven (7) days per week and approximately fourteen (14) hours per day. Day off requests and/or schedule exceptions must be approved by the Shore Harvest Manager. Transportation to and from the harvest sites will be provided by the company.

YOUR LIFE AS A SERVER / WAITER / WAITRESS
This part-time position offers flexible schedules. We have day shifts available from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.
As an entry-level Server / Waiter / Waitress, you come in for your shift ready to provide exceptional service. At mealtimes, you greet each guest with a smile, take orders, and deliver meals. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER / NURSING AIDE
In this entry-level role, you will be working the day shift (6:30 am - 2:30 pm), including weekends. You get to provide personal care to seniors and help them with independence and dignity. You do more than just assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies. You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence as much as possible.
You also help them get to and from meals. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace of mind for them and their families. You enjoy serving our seniors - it feels like taking care of your mom or grandma, and you have a great time. Making each day more enjoyable for our residents fills you with pride!
