    Monday-Friday 8:30a-5pm - On-Call as needed Completes assessments of clients in crisis within urgent care to determine appropriate level of care Completes de-escalation of clients with acute symptoms Screens and evaluates clients for higher level of care Completes clinical assessments and treatment plans for clients deflected from ED Completes referrals for follow up from ED or to inpatient psych facilities Works after hours on a rotating evening and weekend schedule Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy or Human Service Field Bachelor's Degree in like field with 2 years work experience in a Behavioral Health setting High School Diploma and 5 years working experience in clinical role in a behavioral health setting Salary and Benefits From $18.00 (Exact salary calculation based on education and experience) Full Time Benefit package, including Health, dental, eye Insurance.
