Pros

Nice and respectful hard-working Attorneys

Cons

Other secretaries who expect you to do their work for them, Will expect you to do a task or job for them if they don’t know how to do it without taking any initiative to learn it, and to fix their mistakes to the extent that they will bully you if you do not. Management will tell you that you’re not a team player, and will gaslight you and basically treat you like you are the problem. Trying to fix balls that other secretaries drop but there is no repercussion for those secretaries if they’ve been there for a long time and they are liked by the attorneys.
