Cons of working at OHEL Children's Home and Family Services

No advancement opportunities, despite their claim. Dominated by elderly staff who cannot communicate effectively with their staff. Unorganized work environment. They do not match retirement deposits.

What do you like best about OHEL Children's Home and Family Services's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. The CEO is always in Israel doing "fundraising". David mandel is not a plus to the organization only a negative.

How would you improve OHEL Children's Home and Family Services's culture?

You can't. Everyone in the orginaztion essentially grew up in the same community. Working there is the equivalent of transferring to a new school for 12th grade. Everyone their will disregard you.

Just show up on time. Most of their applicants don't show up to interviews because of the low pay.
