JOB SUMMARY:
The Parts position will be based in our parts warehouse and will maintain heavy equipment and engine parts inventory to support service technicians and our customers. This role works closely with Service Technicians and customers on their parts needs, fulfills parts orders, maintains inventory, picks and packs orders, makes hoses, and completes deliveries as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have three years of warehouse and inventory experience. Some of the experience should be in a mechanical parts environment.
Prefer knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts.

As a Service Technician, you'll be at the heart of what we do: diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar hydraulic components in the shop. Whether it's a final drive, transmission, or torque converter, you'll use your skills and experience to deliver top-tier service that keeps our customers moving. You will work in the shop servicing and performing:
Diagnostics and repair on various heavy equipment components, including Caterpillar drive-train components and hydraulic systems.
Perform routine and complex repairs, inspect and maintain equipment, and rebuild components to ensure optimal performance.
Additional duties include maintaining detailed service records, collaborating with fellow technicians on complex repairs, and adhering to all safety protocols within the shop environment.
COMPETENCIES:
Proficient reading and writing skills
Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
Basic computer literacy
Familiarity with Caterpillar component lines listed above
In-depth knowledge of Caterpillar component applications, operations, and functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED is required, along with completion of a technical school program (minimum 2 years) focused on diesel or power equipment systems, plus at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience with diesel, earthmoving, or industrial equipment and components.
