Mr. Belt is involved in community collaborations and infrastructure development related to the elimination of childhood lead poisoning in the state. Mr. Belt serves as a local and national consultant on various projects and grants pertaining to the issue of childhood lead poisoning and its elimination. Mr. Belt received a Master of Science degree from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Dayton, specializing in clinical counseling and test interpretation. Mr. Belt received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. He is a recipient of the Ohio Department of Health’s Directors Award for Excellence.
