This is a full-time, variable shift position working three 12-hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation. Call is required one 8-hour shift per month. Riverside Methodist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic Electrophysiology Lab. This fast-paced environment is at the forefront of the electrophysiology field, utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional care to our patients. The EP Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive procedures. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, arrhythmia monitoring, cardio structures, anatomy of the heart chambers, and sterile technique. As an Electrophysiology Lab RT(R), you will play a critical role in assisting with electrophysiological procedures managing the fluoro systems and scrubbing alongside our physicians ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to treating cardiac arrhythmias using the latest advancements in medical technology. Key Responsibilities * Assist in complex electrophysiological procedures * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care The hours for this position are 7:00a-5:30p (four 10-hour shifts/week). There is a required weekend call rotation (8:00a-12:00p) plus a call-stay rotation during the week for cases that may be running over.
