Paul joined Ohio National in 2009 as vice president of investments, bringing with him more than 20 years of investment experience in the insurance industry with various roles covering credit analysis, portfolio management, trading and risk management. He was promoted to senior vice president in 2012 and also promoted to senior vice president, chief investment officer in 2016. Prior to Ohio National, he was the chief investment officer at Ohio Casualty, senior portfolio manager with Genworth Financial and investment officer with the Principal Financial Group. Paul received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Mike Slattery is a Senior VP & Chief Information Officer at Ohio National and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked as Vice President, Information Technology at Ameritas; Sr Systems Programmer at EDS (at Union Central; and Senior Vice President Information Technology at Ohio National. Mike attended Miami University between 1980 and 1982 and Xavier University between 2000 and 2012.

Rocky began his career at Ohio National in 1999 after nine years with Liberty Mutual and one year in consulting. Prior to his promotion to chief financial officer, he held the position of senior vice president, finance. Rocky advanced steadily throughout his career and has held titles including senior vice president, controller; second vice president, assistant controller and assistant vice president, financial reporting. As chief financial officer, Rocky leads the company’s overall financial and strategic management, including financial reporting, long-range business planning, and assisting the chairman and chief executive officer in setting enterprise goals. Additionally, he oversees controller, treasury, tax, and financial planning and analysis and other corporate functions and enterprise. Rocky has a bachelor of science in business administration from Robert Morris University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He also has a FINRA Series 27, Finance and Operations Principal, designation. Industry, business and civic involvement Rocky is involved with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati, Matthew 25 Ministries, Tender Mercies and the United Way.

Pamela A. Webb is an Assistant V.P., Human Services at Ohio National Financial Servuces and Sr. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ohio National and is based in United States. She has worked as 2nd V.P., Human Resources at Ohio National; Vice President Human Resources at Ohio National; and Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services at Ohio National. Pamela studied at Northern Kentucky University and University of Cincinnati between 1990 and 1993.

During his 24-year career with MassMutual, he was recognized as a 20-year Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier. He moved to the MassMutual home office as senior vice president of marketing. Doc joined Union Central Life Insurance Company in 1999, advancing to president and CEO, and executive vice president and director of UNIFI Mutual Holding Company. Doc received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky. Industry, business and civic involvement Doc is a member of the board of directors of the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. In 2017, Doc served as chair of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s citywide campaign. He is past chairman of the board and a current board member of The American College. He is also a member of the board of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, president of the Cincinnati Opera board and co-chair of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Foundation board (director since 2008). He is an active member of various other industry groups and a former chairman of Life Insurance and Market Research Association (LIMRA). Awards and recognition In December 2017, Doc was awarded The Round Table of New York’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He was awarded the Dan Beard Council’s 2016 Silver Beaver award for volunteerism and Ohio National’s 2016 Paul E. Martin Community Service award for his leadership and service.
