The patients and families keep the staff going.
There is no honesty and poor management, which hurts Patients, families, and staff in the end. If you need job security then this is not the company for you. They lay off employees multiple times a year.
There are no incentives or perks with this company.
The leadership team is less than desirable. They do not care for the well-being of the patients, families, and staff. The CEO will lie straight to your face and mot follow through with any promises made. This company is greedy and only wants money not the patients best interest.
I don't feel it is able to improve until the management improves.
I would not prepare because the company is not worth your time.
Below average and dont expect to get paid for holidays. No over time incentives are offered.

The care I am able to provide to my patients amd families in this vulnerable state of their lives. The emotional support and excellent patient care as well as the team work provided by my co-workers and I.

Mean girls, that are allowed to continue poor behavior. Sadly, in fact it’s encouraged by certain team leads

Don’t know much about the ceo, but team leadership, leaves less to be desired
Get rid of poor leadership. And hold them accountable for their poor management abilities, and hold them to higher standards, as they were chosen to be leaders
