Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology, or appropriate certification in hospital or pastoral ministry preferred Experience in working with patients/families dealing with a life-threatening illness or death preferred Licensure, certification, and/or coursework as required by the state
