Ohio Wildlife Center is dedicated to fostering awareness and appreciation of Ohio's native wildlife through rehabilitation, education and wildlife health studies. Our Wildlife Hospital serves more than 8,000 injured, ill and orphaned wildlife each year with professional veterinary services, helping thousands of animals recover from adverse interactions with humans and urban environments. Meanwhile, our Education Team cares for a collection of more than 60 Animal Ambassadors and hosts a variety of events throughout the region to connect people to the beauty of nature. We hope that through proper care and education about Ohio's most precious resource, we can inspire others to care for wildlife in their day-to-day lives, too.

Strenuous working conditions for little compensation. Heavily reliant on volunteer labor as employee turnover rate is so high. Poor and unsafe working conditions. Management negligence. Physically demanding positions pay rate is less that line cook at McDonalds.
There are no perks or benefits
