None. People think we're at the bottom of the chain and think no of us are educated. We are often looked down upon and forgotten

I would start by getting a new manager. Unfortunately, the culture is what the company allows.
How did you prepare for the OhioHealth interview?
I told them about my work ethic and my previous supervisor actually spoke very highly of me. My work speaks for itself
