OhioHealth benefits

I don't get any

What do you like best about OhioHealth's CEO and the leadership team?

None. People think we're at the bottom of the chain and think no of us are educated. We are often looked down upon and forgotten

How would you improve OhioHealth's culture?

I would start by getting a new manager. Unfortunately, the culture is what the company allows.

How did you prepare for the OhioHealth interview?

I told them about my work ethic and my previous supervisor actually spoke very highly of me. My work speaks for itself
