Pros of working at Ohmstede

Not much. They piss off every customer and have a lack of vision for change.

Cons of working at Ohmstede

They never meet deliveries. Management does not listen to frontline workers when they state the problem. Instead they refuse to fix it and repeat the same mistakes.

The CEO is the major issue with this company. He is most certainly going to drive it into the ground.
