Incorporated: as CE Holdings, Inc. in 1995
The following May, in 1996, Oil States bought the construction unit of Hunting Oilfield Services, Ltd., an offshore oil and gas products and services company.
1996 CE Holdings changes its name to Conemsco, Inc.
In 1999 Zarrow's company bought three rivals and merged their operations, becoming the United States' top OCTG manufacturer.
2000 Conemsco changes its name to Oil States International, Inc. (OSI).
Its IPO was in 2001, when it became a public company on the New York Stock Exchange traded as OIS.
Share prices reflected OSI's strong year with revenues topping $971 million and income surging to $59.4 million for 2004.
2005 The company experiences record revenues and acquires four more companies.
The distribution of Civeo shares occurred on May 30, 2014.
2016 In June, Offshore/Manufactured Products acquired the inventory and the right to use the trademark and tradename associated with the Guiberson product line from Cameron International Corporation, which have been integrated into the Company’s elastomer products offerings.
2017 In January, Offshore/Manufactured Products purchased assets and intellectual property from Jebsen & Jessen, whose crane manufacturing and service lines are complementary to our own.
