Oil States is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Field Service Representative in Houma, Louisiana.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Field Service Representative is responsible for providing field service, equipment repair and installation of customer owned equipment, while developing and maintaining beneficial customer relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Travel to rig location, diagnosis problem, utilizing written procedures and assemble manuals, and advise customer of work involved. Perform the necessary repairs or service to include the rebuild of damaged or worn components, installation of new or replacement parts and/or routine maintenance.
* Complete written service reports.
* Install, start up, and perform function tests on new equipment.
* Perform in-house assembly and refurbish work on equipment when not in the field.
* Coordinate large on-site jobs and supervise junior level service personnel.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Instruct customers on operation of new and refurbished equipment.
* Assist and train junior level mechanics.
* Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
* Comply with Federal, State, OSI and Customer safety/environmental policies and procedures
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of a high school education and additional vo-tech training in mechanics, electrical, structural, precision tooling and related skills.
* Five years prior experience and a good working knowledge of the company's products.
* Ability to operate necessary hand tools, gages, and equipment
* Frequent and extended offshore travel is required
* Intermediate mathematical and measurement computations required.
* Good verbal and written communication skills
COMPENTENCY REQUIREMENTS:
* Meet the requirements of our Short Service Employee Program for new employees.
* Meet the required training of OSI Safety/Environmental Programs
* Attend all OSI offshore required training
* Attend Crane/Winch 101 training or have prior experience in repairing/installing of equipment manufactured by OSI Houma or a competitor.

What you will do-
The Sales Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of Aspen's Industrial Sales function in the Greater Houston area. The position will work closely with Sales Management, Marketing and Commercial Operations to grow Aspen's sales successfully and profitably in the assigned territory. This position will be responsible for planning and implementing sales programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new customer segments.

An Operations Geologist's responsibilities at Matador, in our MAXCOM program (24-hr operations command center), are integral to our corporate success. REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze and interpret geological data to guide drilling operations and make real-time decisions
* Coordinate mudlogging and on-site personnel to ensure successful geologic data collection
* Execute geosteering plans for drilling operations to ensure optimal well placement and production
* Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of drilling operations
* Collaborate with drilling engineers to optimize drilling parameters and identify potential risks
* Direct communication with the Asset Team members to help identify, evaluate, and execute new drilling prospects and opportunities
* Collaborate with the asset development geologists to plan and execute development drilling programs
* Monitor well performance and recommend adjustments to optimize production
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data archiving from drilling operations
* MAXCOM Work schedule is a rotation of 7 days on/7 days off, 12-hour shifts (alternating days and nights)

Position Summary
Performs sampling, pipeline transfers, inventories and barge inspections including line condition surveys. Performs vessel inspections under the direct supervision of a Senior Inspector. Certifies that field assignments conform to company policies and procedures as well as job specific instructions supplied by the Operations Department. As company field representative, acts in a professional and dignified manner to maintain the company's respected and trusted reputation.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with good math skills and a minimum three months of inspection experience.
Must complete Inspector level training and pass corresponding theoretical tests and field evaluations.
Must have or obtain IFIA certification after gaining at least six months of industry experience.
Must maintain a valid Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC). Possess and maintain a vehicle in good working order, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and registration.
Must be dependable, able to work independently and be able to effectively communicate and maintain professional relationships with numerous clients (i.e., terminal and vessel/barge personnel).
Must pass company defined physical requirements. Must meet and maintain site-specific requirements mandated by customers and/or terminals to have access to all facilities.
Responsibilities
As instructed by the Operations Department and under the strict guidelines described in the Inspection and ASTM/API manuals:
Acts as a Company representative in the field. Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities as per company policies and procedures. Maintains regular contact with Operations Department to receive work orders and schedules.
Effectively communicates all aspects of assigned job duties. Maintains regular contact with Operations Department, terminals, and vessel to avoid delays or conflicts.
Obtains, labels and transports samples to the laboratory in a timely manner as required by each specific job assignment.
Maintains assigned inspection equipment in good working order and ensures equipment is properly calibrated and stored.
Measures (gauge and temperature) products and performs all required field calculations per the API Standards, completes all required field documentation and submits reports to the Operations Department in a timely manner.
Performs specialized inspection services such as loss control, wall washings or confined space entry upon receiving required training.
Assists in the training of Probationary and Junior Inspectors.
Fitness for Duty - Physical Demands
Workday may consist of 8-12 hours; however, this can vary day to day or shift to shift. Much of the work is performed outdoors, wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and could include possible exposure to high and low temperatures for prolonged duration of time. Work may be performed during day or nighttime hours and may involve working alone.
