Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Professional certifications strongly desired: CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent. Experience: 8+ years of progressive HSE experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or industrial environments. Global or multi-site experience preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and international HSE regulations. Experience managing HSE teams and implementing large-scale programs.
