Job Summary
Murphy Oil Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Marketing Contract Administration Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing Marketing documentation, contracts, and electronic records, and ensuring contract management processes adhere to corporate policies and standards. This person will work closely with every member of the Marketing team and be a critical point of contact for our internal and external business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, enjoy problem solving, and have the ability to collaborate across departments.
The Associate Marketing Contract Administration Analyst will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work up to two (2) days a week remotely, as business needs allow.
Responsibilities
* Organize Marketing contracts including oil and gas sales, transportation, processing, and market data service agreements
* Draft standard agreements and amendments
* Manage customer correspondence and inquiries
* Coordinate contract approvals and execution with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
* Ensure timely updates of new, amended, and terminated contracts and trades in the appropriate system of record
* Maintain audit trails and documentation to support trade compliance and reporting obligations
* Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and assist in resolving inquiries
* Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements
Qualifications/ Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with energy commodity businesses, preferably in contract administration
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
* Knowledge of contract management solutions like SharePoint and DocuSign

The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for performing various tasks and procedures necessary to administer salaries & wages, withholdings, benefits and other amounts payable to Enterprise Products employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Gas Pipeline Controller will be responsible for the safe and efficient remote operation of pipelines, tanks, and pumping equipment involved in the transportation of crude oil and other products in compliance with DOT and other regulatory agencies. Additional Liquid Pipeline Controller's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Remotely starting/stopping pumps and/or compressors and operating valves.
* Monitoring and controlling the movement of material through multiple pipelines and/or facilities.
* Analyzing changing conditions and alarms and making necessary adjustments.
* Determining accurate time of pipeline events (pumping, deliveries, nominations, etc.) by reviewing batch listings and schedules.
* Must be able to quickly detect abnormal operations, use critical judgement and react accordingly in a short period of time.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 60 college credit hours with oil and gas field operations/plant experience or minimum of 60 college credit hours with relevant oil and gas or air traffic controller experience in the military or on the job work experience operating as a pipeline controller or board operator in the oil and gas or chemical industry is required.
* Associates degree is strongly preferred.
* 2-3 years of Chemical or Oil and Gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
* Must have experience and basic computer skills including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

The Millwright's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Proficient in the installation, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of rotating equipment including: Natural GasTurbines; Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Axial Flow Compressors; Vertical and Horizontal Pumps; Blowers, Fans and Expanders, Electric Motors and Generators.
* Knowledge of vibration analysis, machine shop operations, precision machinery alignment techniques.
* Ability to work with operations and maintenance on repairs to equipment that include: replacement of mechanical seals, installation and alignment of rotating equipment, repairs to fans and blowers, repairs to reciprocating, centrifugal and screw compressors and pumps, basic knowledge of rigging and flagging.

* Supervises Engineering and Specialist support for turnaround activities on all major and/or critical electrical systems, which includes developing inspection and repair recommendations.
* Supervises the Engineering and Specialist staff as required to resolve electrical equipment reliability issues as identified by the "Bad Actors" list. This may require the use of formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods and cross-functional teams. Supervise the Engineering and Specialists staff as required to identify, define and implement projects designed to improve power distribution and electrical equipment reliability and performance plant wide.
* Supervises staff in the development of maintenance standards for power distribution and electrical equipment and any associated training. Utilizes the staff to provide required operator training on high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
* Provides assistance with the preparation of the capital and expense budgets. Provides reports as necessary for budget and monthly activities. Promotes the environmental and safety goals of Valero.
This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelors of Science degree or higher degree in Electrical Engineering required.
* 10 years industrial electrical power systems related experience with exposure and responsibilities in maintenance/engineering areas required.
