Job Summary Murphy Oil Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Marketing Contract Administration Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing Marketing documentation, contracts, and electronic records, and ensuring contract management processes adhere to corporate policies and standards. This person will work closely with every member of the Marketing team and be a critical point of contact for our internal and external business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, enjoy problem solving, and have the ability to collaborate across departments. The Associate Marketing Contract Administration Analyst will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work up to two (2) days a week remotely, as business needs allow. Responsibilities * Organize Marketing contracts including oil and gas sales, transportation, processing, and market data service agreements * Draft standard agreements and amendments * Manage customer correspondence and inquiries * Coordinate contract approvals and execution with internal stakeholders and external counterparties * Ensure timely updates of new, amended, and terminated contracts and trades in the appropriate system of record * Maintain audit trails and documentation to support trade compliance and reporting obligations * Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and assist in resolving inquiries * Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements Qualifications/ Requirements * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 3 years' experience working with energy commodity businesses, preferably in contract administration * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word * Knowledge of contract management solutions like SharePoint and DocuSign The individual is required to follow all applicable safety precautions. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or Communications is preferred. * A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience is required. * Must maintain a high-degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality of employee personal information and documents. * Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfy commitments. * Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the organization. * Certified Public Accountant or American Payroll Association certifications such as CPP or FPC are preferred. * Knowledge of federal, state and local tax regulations including their respective websites, forms and procedures is preferred. * Experience using, testing or implementing the Oracle Payroll system is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including basic functions and pivot tables to summarize, evaluate, reconcile and report data is preferred.

The Gas Pipeline Controller will be responsible for the safe and efficient remote operation of pipelines, tanks, and pumping equipment involved in the transportation of crude oil and other products in compliance with DOT and other regulatory agencies. Additional Liquid Pipeline Controller's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Remotely starting/stopping pumps and/or compressors and operating valves. * Monitoring and controlling the movement of material through multiple pipelines and/or facilities. * Analyzing changing conditions and alarms and making necessary adjustments. * Determining accurate time of pipeline events (pumping, deliveries, nominations, etc.) by reviewing batch listings and schedules. * Must be able to quickly detect abnormal operations, use critical judgement and react accordingly in a short period of time. * Monitoring pipeline integrity and coordinating pipeline maintenance. * Monitoring tank and cavern storage levels. * Maintaining communication with field personnel, customers, and suppliers to maximize efficiency, safety, quality, and customer service. The Facility Engineer will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remotely. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary onshore technical point of contact for assigned deepwater facility * Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, surveillance, and technical support to offshore operations * Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities to optimize production and reduce operating costs * Support and lead facility modifications, debottlenecking efforts, and brownfield projects from concept through execution, including ownership of associated budgets and management of 3rd party engineering activities * Collaborate with inspection, reliability, construction and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards * Assist maintenance teams with technical review of quotes for replacement equipment and parts * Plan and schedule major facility maintenance and upgrade campaigns.
