POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares and operates molding press to process/produce a high-quality product. Ensures production continuity of press lines. Troubleshoots equipment and processes as need arises. Assists operators with documentation and processes. Ensures molding records reflect accuracy of the day's production. Fills in for Molding Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sets up press-checking tonnage, cure time, temperature, speed control etc.
* Retrieves preforms/extrusions/inserts for job as needed.
* Makes sure paperwork is filled out correctly.
* Approves time in Mercury (Kronos).
* Has an understanding of the molding processes at all skill levels.
* Understands how to operate press according to job specifications.
* Insures MIP's are being followed.
* Inspects parts for flaws.
* Helps troubleshoot molding of rejected parts.
* Records time and work on the labor ticket each day.
* Checks production records for job completion and upcoming assignments.
* Communicates with support departments as necessitated by production needs.
* Assigns presses as necessary.
* Assists employees as needed.
* Communicates all production/press-related information to the next shift lead or shift Supervisor.
* Understands LEAN concepts, such as TAKT, time, capacity measures, etc.
* Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Fills in for supervisor when needed
* Assists with mold installation as needed
* Assists with material handling between departments as needed
* Facilitates the training of press operators at all levels
* Moves molding materials from the staging area to the pressline
* Able to relieve and fill-in during lunch breaks and operate press

What You Will Do

What You Will Do
* Operate CNC machines with skilled precision tools, machinery and equipment such as lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, and a variety of cutting tools and equipment
* Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
* Properly and safely selects, aligns, secures and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
* Recognizes, deploys, and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
* Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
* Must be willing and able to walk, stand, stoop, crouch and lift up to 50lbs
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* CNC machining experience, including performing machine setups
* Experience operating precision tools and equipment such as lathes, vertical milling machines, and cutting tools
* Experience using gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
* Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
What Will Put You Ahead
* 2+ years of experience working as a CNC Machinist
* Experience with 4th- and 5-axis machining
* Live tooling experience for lathe operations

Performs engineering and/or project management duties related to one or more functional areas that may include: pipeline system planning and analysis, storage terminal operation, pump station and terminal design; processing and/or storage facility operation; and/or estimating, designing, and managing construction projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Perform and support engineering and/or project management activities related to design, procurement, construction, or optimization of company assets including but not limited to:
Liquid pipelines, storage terminals, pump stations, and measurement.
Terminal storage, including above ground storage tanks, transfer pumps, manifolds, vapor recovery, truck loading/unloading, marine vessel loading/unloading, gas liquid and liquid piping.

Management of third-party contract resources

Education

The Environmental Professional is responsible for analyzing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions data, developing and implementing GHG reduction strategies, and monitoring progress toward targets. The EP supports the research, development and reporting of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) disclosures and the company's corporate sustainability reporting process. The EP will evaluate reporting and improvement opportunities through voluntary industry partnerships and engage with customers and vendors to identify technologies and best management practices for GHG reductions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of GHG accounting standards and knowledge of regulations and policies relevant to oil and gas operations. Experience developing carbon footprints is a plus.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Maintain positive relationships with ESG rating and ranking agencies. Interpret expectations of external stakeholders including sustainability disclosure frameworks and recommend additional disclosure opportunities that align with ONEOK Core Values and the strategic plan.
Develop tools and templates to manage the collection of ESG and environmental metrics that result in enhanced scores and improvements related to our Corporate Sustainability Report.
