    There are a lot of social cross-collaboration events at OJO Labs. It is also a culture of giving back. They do a lot of work in their communities. They do things like planting trees, sock and food drives, and volunteer at animal shelters.

    "There is a strong sense of community. We work hard together, we support each other, and we celebrate wins together," Analysa Gonzales, Data Science and Signal Processing, said.

    People Operations Specialist, Catie Orth, "When first developing our OJO Cares program, our goal was for it to have the most impact possible on both our team and the local community. We surveyed our employees to see what causes they felt passionate about and then created a program around that. Once a month, we go out as a group to a local nonprofit and volunteer our time. Each month is different -- sometimes we walk dogs; sometimes we cook to feed the homeless; sometimes we help harvest gardens or build houses. Since its inception, we have expanded this program across all of OJO's global locations."

    OJO has a Culture Committee, which is made up of people across all departments and job levels. This group shapes the things that the company does as a team. The company also partners with several charities to plan events and volunteer opportunities.

    OJO's home office is dog-friendly and in a super cool location. There are a game room and a massage chair for a little relaxation. The office is located on South Congress Ave in Austin, just over the Colorado River from downtown. The office is in the middle of some of the best cafes, restaurants, and bars that Austin has to offer. OJO also has a location in St. Lucia, which acts as the company's engine room, and an office in Minneapolis, MN, which is the company's power plant.
