Jon Hartis serves as Chief Technology Officer for Reach Hospitality Group. He is responsible for all things technology including vision and strategy. His career spans over 28 years in almost every aspect of restaurant operations and technology, resulting in a guest experience first and operational mindset. His emphasis is on the consumer journey and how technology can complement and create seamless experiences across all consumer engagement points and channels.

Before joining Reach Restaurant Group in October 2016, Jon served as Vice President of Technology for Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, a Quick Service restaurant chain. During his time there, Jon lead the technology strategy with a focus on the guest experience, mobile and digital engagement, online ordering, loyalty, and delivery.

Mario Cernadas is a Chief Pecker of Operations at Wild Peckers, COO at Ojos Locos, and President at Cernadas Consultancy and is based in Allen, Texas. He has worked as Director of Operations at Rare Hospitality, Director of Franchise Operations at Applebee s, and Director of Operations at The Capital Grille. Mario works or has worked as Volunteer at St Joes Childrens Home. He studied at Victory University between 2007 and 2010, Cornell University between 2015 and 2015, and Chrichton College between 1999 and 2001.
