The menu will spotlight a robust pasta program and elegant yet approachable entrées. A signature roaming mozzarella cart will serve hand-pulled cheeses with curated add-ons like pickled vegetables, aged vinegars, and cold-pressed olive oil. Key Responsibilities: Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision. Qualifications: Experience Required: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace Strong communication and multitasking skills.
