Responsibilities
The OHH Housekeeper I creates a clean and safe environment, and enhances the appearance of the facility. Cleans designated and assigned areas. The Professional Denials Coordinator will work on targeted insurance denials to improve collections and reduce open balances. They will deal with inpatient notices of admission, authorizations, and subsequent denials. The Professional Denials Coordinator will assist with first and second level appeals under the Denials Manager's guidance. Responsibilities
Performs all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Under general supervision performs skilled work relating to the maintenance of all Oklahoma Heart Hospital buildings, properties systems and plant equipment as assigned. Performs proactive maintenance, safety and operational testing and documentation of all designated systems and equipment as assigned.
Essential Functions:
* Perform daily visual inspections of assigned equipment.
* Perform repairs to all responsible equipment and systems as instructed.
* Keep appropriate inventory of parts and supplies to expedite equipment and system repairs.
* Ensure all responsible areas are organized, clean and free of abnormal hazards.
* Communicates with customers in a timely manner regarding the status of all maintenance and repairs performed.
* Performs "call" or "callback" duty on a rotational basis, responding immediately to all requests with a successful resolution of the problem.
* Performs preventive maintenance procedures on equipment/systems as assigned.
* Verifies that equipment/systems have completed data sheet with service/operator manuals and is properly filed.
* Repairs and maintains all property/equipment/systems to the stated facility, performance, regulatory and budgetary standard.
* Monitors success of procedure and recommends revisions based on experience.
* Records all work/activity performed on a work order.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related trade/discipline experience. Hospital maintenance experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or equivalent from college or technical school preferred.
Licensure/Certification: City of Oklahoma City Boiler Operator license required (Class 1). Mechanical Journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma required. Apprentice licensure with the following two (2) registries required: Plumbing/Electrical with the State of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
The Hospital Revenue Integrity Specialist is responsible for evaluating charges for hospital claims against clinical documentation to identify missing, incorrect, or late charges. Evaluates charge capture processes to comply with government and non-government rules and regulations. Works pre-bill edits related to clinical documentation, to include CCI edits, MUEs, and billing edits. Facilitates a charge reconciliation program with clinical leadership and provides communication on missing or incorrect charges, and makes recommendations on best practice.
* Review all system and clearing house edits for potentially missing or incorrect charges or modifiers.
* Utilize EMR and clearinghouse to manage claim edits to preserve revenue and ensure all charges are added correctly based on clinical documentation.
* Validate claims data against payer rules and regulations, and provide clean claims within five days from discharge.
* Provide root cause analysis and feedback on incorrect charging practices. Consult and collaborate with adjacent departments to proactively prevent revenue leakage.
* Assist physicians in placing the correct procedure code for procedures when ordering or rendering services.
* Recommend system optimization to capture frequently missed or incorrect charges.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in Revenue Integrity, coding, charge entry, or billing (hospital setting preferred). Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 coding. Cardiology experience is a plus. AHIMA or AAPC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
The Pre-Registration Specialist is often the first point of contact for our patients and therefore must represent Oklahoma Heart Hospital ("OHH") with highest standard of customer service, compassion and perform all duties in a manner consistent with OHH mission and values. The Pre-Registration Specialist will facilitate all components of the patients' entrance into any OHH facility. This will include registration and financial clearance, including taking payments over the phone, helping set up payment plans and giving financial assistance information. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the most accurate patient data is obtained and populated into the patient record. This team member must have an exceptional attention to detail and maintain knowledge and competence with insurance carriers, Medicare guidelines as well as federal, state and accreditation guidelines.
* Performs pre-registration and insurance verification within 24 hours of receipt of notification for both inpatient and outpatient services.
* Follow scripted benefits verification.
* Contact physician to resolve issues regarding prior authorization or referral forms.
* Assign plans accurately.
* Performs electronic eligibility confirmation, when applicable and document results
* Researches patient visit history to ensure compliance with payor specific payment window rules.
* Completes Medicare secondary payor questionnaire, as applicable.
* Calculates patient cost share and be prepared to collect via phone or make payment arrangement.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of clerical experience required, preferably in a medical setting. Experience with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred.
Working Knowledge: Windows based operating systems preferred. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Technical/Motor Skills: CRT, typing 45 wpm and 10 key required.
