Project management experience
Knowledge of leadership development, coaching, or succession planning frameworks
Proficiency with course authoring tools, Articulate 360 Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge of SCORM and course accessibility standards
Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in education or training plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses;

Some Key Duties:
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy in the community, meeting clients where they are.
* Conduct intake interviews, develop treatment plans, and work with clients and families to achieve recovery goals.
* Offer critical crisis management services, including risk assessment and intervention.
* Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care.
* Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful outcomes, tracking progress and adapting plans as needed.
