Mix and serve drinks to customers. Assist servers to meet customer's needs. Maintain and abide by all state and local liquor laws. Responsible for inventory and assistance with ordering when needed. Maintain a positive, cheerful and friendly demeanor with customers and co-workers. Essential job functions: Serve all food and beverages from the Beverage Cart to golfers and guests. Service golfers in outings and private events according to the details on the BEO. Safely drive the golf course and maintain frequent and friendly sales and service opportunities with guests.
