    We're currently hiring for Full Time Field Supervisors for an Underground Utility Locating contract in the Saint Paul, MN area (including Maplewood, Oakdale and Little Canada areas) ! These positions supervise the day-to-day work of a team of Locators. The supervisor provides training to staff and is the subject matter expert on how to locate underground utilities depending on the main function of the project. The Supervisor works with the team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the work performed and resolves customer and employee issues. The position assists the Contract Manager or Regional Manager in coordinating all phases of the project including testing and training of employees to maintain a well-prepared staff. The position will handle reporting inventory and handling or addressing any customer or contractor questions All of our field technicians are provided with: Safety gear including company boot (allowance), vests, glasses, etc. Company issued truck with home garaging privileges Company fuel card (yes, we pay your gas!) What We Need from You (Our Requirements): * Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
