Meet great patients have a wonderful medical director
very difficult to work with, the CEO is barely there or involved and plays dumb to things that might be going on. They give you too many patients to case manage then have other fill in to help breaking continuity of care
Favorite perk is being out on road with tour own case load
CEO was much better before she opened her own business the leadership team does not take time to get the nurses side of situations and jumps to the patients story
Low pay
Not very diverse mostly all white staff
Patients give you the best joy as well as other staff (not management)
