Robert “Bob” Biesterfeld serves as the Chief Executive Officer of C.H. Robinson. With 20 years of experience, Bob has developed a deep passion for supply chain and logistics. His strategic vision and operational direction have been the driving force behind the company’s digital transformation efforts, accelerating the pace of innovation and technology deployment across the company’s platform. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer in May 2019, he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, President of North American Surface Transportation, Vice President of Truckload, and Vice President of Robinson Fresh. He began his career with Robinson Fresh in 1999. Currently, Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), and as a trustee of the Winona State University Foundation. Bob graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Arts.

David P. Yeager is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hub Group, one of North America’s largest transportation management companies. Son of the late Phillip C. Yeager, Hub Group’s founder, David joined the company in 1975. Over the last 40 years he has overseen the transformation of the business from an intermodal marketing company into a multi-modal solutions provider that encompasses a full range of intermodal, truck brokerage and logistics services. David is a strong advocate of strategies geared to reducing the corporate environmental footprint and promoting environmental stewardship in the transportation community. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, David serves on the Board of Directors of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital-Chicago, as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Dayton, and as a lifetime Trustee of Fenwick High School. David received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 1975. David and his wife, Julia, reside in Hinsdale, Illinois and have three adult children, Matthew, Phillip and Laura.

Mr. David W. Grzebinski is President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Grzebinski is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Tulane University and a degree in chemical engineering from the University of South Florida. Since joining the Company in February 2010, he has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer; and most recently President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he served since 1988 in various administrative and operating positions with FMC Technologies Inc., a global provider of advanced technology systems and products for the energy industry, including Controller, Energy Services; Treasurer; and Director of Global SAP and Industry Relations. Prior to joining FMC, he was employed by The Dow Chemical Company.

Carol began her career as a commercial lender with United Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo) and then spent several years as Director of Banking for Johns-Mansville Corporation. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Carol was Vice President and Treasurer of Riverwood International Corporation. Carol serves as a trustee or board member for a number of organizations including Grady Hospital Foundation, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Sovos Brands and GIA Partners. She is also a member of The Committee of 200, The Buckhead Coalition, The Business Roundtable and The Business Council. A native of Jackson, Wyoming, Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver.

DEREK J. LEATHERS, 47, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Werner Enterprises. Derek has worked in the transportation and logistics industry for over 20 years. Throughout his tenure at Werner, he has held integral roles in many facets of the organization, including the establishment of Werner’s Mexico operations, oversight for all the asset operating groups and leading the launch of Werner Global Logistics, which encompasses transportation management and freight movement within Intermodal, Ocean, Air and Brokerage. Prior to joining Werner in 1999, Mr. Leathers was one of the first foreign members of Mexico’s trucking association (CANACAR) and was based out of Mexico City for several years. Mr. Leathers holds an Economics degree from Princeton University.

Bradley Jacobs is a career CEO with a unique track record in the business world. He started five companies from scratch and built each into a billion or multi-billion dollar enterprise. These include three publicly traded companies: XPO Logistics, United Rentals (NYSE: URI), which he co-founded in 1997, and United Waste Systems, founded in 1989. Mr. Jacobs served as chairman and chief executive officer of United Rentals for the company's first six years, and as executive chairman for an additional four years. He served eight years as chairman and chief executive officer of United Waste Systems. Previously, Mr. Jacobs founded Hamilton Resources (UK) Ltd. and served as its chairman and chief operating officer. This followed the co-founding of his first venture, Amerex Oil Associates, Inc., where he was chief executive.
