Shift times are goofy. 60+ hour work weeks in peak season.

Not too many places you can makes 60k + a year driving a forklift.

Latter promotion

Management does not believe in work life balance, also far to many unauthorized regulations not authorized by corporate HQ.

Automatic raises until employees top out.

People who are in managers or managers.. sometimes don't have a clue what they are even asking you to do
