The company began as Old Dutch Products Co. founded by Carl J. Marx in 1934.
They originated in St Paul, Minnesota, but moved to Minneapolis in 1937.
Vernon Aanenson purchased the company in 1952, and ultimately passed it along to his sons.
Since 1954, our windmill has stood for quality and trust, old world charm, and a desire to create a long-lasting chip and snack tradition.
