James C. Ryan III is Chief Executive Officer for Old National Bancorp and was appointed to its Board of Directors on May 2, 2019. Previously, Mr. Ryan served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Old National Bancorp and Director of Corporate Development and Mortgage Banking. He also served as Integration Executive for our Northern Region, as well as holding the positions of Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer for Old National Bancorp. Mr. Ryan is currently the Chairman of the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana, Vice Chairman of the Evansville Regional Business Committee, and Secretary and Treasurer of the Southwest Indiana Regional Development Authority. Mr. Ryan is also a member of the Board of Directors for Deaconess Hospital, Inc. and Deaconess Health Systems, Inc., member of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Inc., advisory board member for the Old National Bank Center for Closely Held Business, and advisory board member of the University of Evansville’s Schroeder Family School of Business Administration.

Kendra L. Vanzo was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer in 2021, having previously served as Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer since 2020. Vanzo was previously Executive Vice President - Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Vanzo is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor's in business administration. She earned her MBA from the University of Southern Indiana and has earned the Senior Professional Human Resources certification. In 2017, Ms. Vanzo was named the Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year, and in 2018 she received the Indiana Torchbearer Award. She is a past board president of the Arts Council of Southwest Indiana, and past board vice-president for Tales & Scales. Currently, she serves as board president of ECHO Community Healthcare and is a board member of Downtown Evansville Economic Improvement District. She is a past board member of Southwestern Healthcare. She is also a volunteer for United Way and has been a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
