Responsibilities
The Physical Security Intelligence and Protection Operations Manager, Sr is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Old National Bank's (ONB) protection program and threat intelligence operations. This role ensures the safety of key personnel through proactive intelligence gathering, strategic planning, and operational execution. It also leads the management of the Security Operations Center (SOC), integrating intelligence, and physical security incident response across the enterprise.
Salary Range
The annual salary range for this position is $81,700 - $165,100. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. * Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ONB's protection program.

* Proven leadership in managing protection teams and intelligence programs, to include threat monitoring technologies.
* Strong situational awareness and decision-making under pressure.

Job Summary
The Data Governance Analyst will support the development and execution of enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring the integrity, quality, and protection of data assets through the implementation of governance frameworks, data quality controls, and metadata management practices. What You Bring:
* 4+years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities
The Banking Center Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient operation of the banking center including branch profit and loss; successful execution of the sales process; client satisfaction and retention; implementation and compliance with all operational standards, legal and regulatory requirements; hiring, training, development and evaluation of staff; meeting individual sales goals; utilization of sales strategies and business calling expertise to develop new and expand existing customer relationships: The Banking Center Manager has individual responsibilities for direct client sales and service including account opening, loan applications, service inquiries and transaction processing as needed. Salary Range

Banking Center Profitability and Oversight
Assist the Community Banking Executive and Community Banking Market Manager in establishing, monitoring, and evaluating banking center and individual sales and service goals.
Conduct regular meetings with banking center team to build product knowledge, review goals and expectations, recognize areas of success and opportunities for development; share corporate marketing campaign and supporting materials, and proactively introduce all servicing channels to consumer and business clients.
Participate and encourage attendance in local community events and activities to activate partnerships within the area, through volunteerism of team members and corporate financial support.
Client Centric Sales Approach
Build banking center team focused on a consultative sales approach, uncovering needs of clients, and providing education and advice regarding the products and services available to meet the clients' needs. This includes hiring, training, mentoring, and developing team members to create a proficient team with loan and deposit knowledge.
Leads team in educating clients of all consumer and small business loan and deposit products and services; promotes line of business resources through joint calling efforts including mortgage, investments, wealth management, private banking, commercial, treasury management and merchant processing; as well as the wide range of banking channels available to clients, including emerging technology and digital solutions to enhance the client experience
Proactively coaches to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and guidelines, ethical standards and encourages sharing of best practices and effective sales techniques and tools

This individual will manage all activities of the BBCC UWs, which will include oversight of all analyst tasks and functions necessary to analyze, decision, and manage credit relationships in the Commercial portfolio, along with credit risk administration duties, orderly flow of credit approvals through the analysis process and productivity for all direct reports. Responsible to maintain loss ratios, accurately assess risk and assign the appropriate risk rating in an efficient manner following established underwriting guidelines and procedures. This position requires strong communication, leadership and critical thinking skills, thorough knowledge of industry and bank underwriting standards, and the confidence to make and support loan decisions

Salary Range
The annual salary range for this position is $106,100 - $214,600. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

Ensure credit quality targets for the loan portfolio are met
* Ensure analyses of underwriters are appropriate and asset quality ratings are accurate
* Engage with Credit Strategy to leverage portfolio data and industry/market trends to provide administrative oversight of the Commercial loan portfolio

* Lead and coach a team of credit professionals and successfully motivate direct reports to perform at a high level and achieve their own performance and career objectives

* Collaborate with staff and production peers while executing the Bank's Commercial Strategy

Coordinates loan closings and attends loan closings to perform Notary services.
Submits closed loan packet to Loan Fulfillment for funding and booking.

Tracks upcoming loan maturities and contacts clients to request financial information as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
