Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze funding documents such as Closing Disclosures, closing instructions, payoff demands, and tax statements for accuracy before disbursement. Reconcile escrow balances and facilitate fund disbursements according to specified methods (e.g., wire transfers, check requests, correspondence letters, and mailing labels). Review title commitments to verify the resolution of all title exceptions. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company procedures regarding fund disbursement. Communicate with customers, attorneys, and borrowers regarding documentation and funds needed for disbursement. Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Ensure that all disbursements are executed in full compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Complies with Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and completes mandatory company compliance training by prescribed deadlines. At a minimum, the ability to work your scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday. Ability to work overtime as requested by management.
