Customer service principles and practices. Communicate effectively with patients, access staff, medical staff and co-workers. Maintain the confidentiality of patient records. Understand and follow specifications and instructions. Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
