Cathode Maintenance Duties:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair large-area coater systems and supporting infrastructure (vacuum, power, cooling, control)
Service rotary and planar cathodes used in magnetron-assisted PVD processes.
Perform preventive maintenance, including extended shifts during scheduled clean-out days.
Safely use industrial tools and material handling equipment
Generate maintenance reports using basic office software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
