Reviews construction design drawings & specifications; conducts field visits and gathers all material and data necessary to organize and develop CPM construction Establish construction durations based on parametric and bottom-up production rates
In consultation with design, construction management and other project stakeholders, prepares CPM scheduling activities and develops appropriate logic relationships and activity durations
Performs bottom-up resource and cost loading of schedule activities when required. Prepares CPM schedule reports indicating the critical path, total float, milestones, constraints, etc.
Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays
Conducts technical schedule reviews and analyses contractor schedule submissions, tracking monthly delay impacts to the baseline schedule and assessing responsibility of delays
Develops summary schedule analysis reports to be presented to project management staff
Required to maintain the Primavera P6 database, review database structures and perform monthly database

Job Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be expected to demonstrate professional expertise in designing, building, and supporting enterprise IT environments. You should possess in-depth knowledge of managing and supporting Microsoft Azure, SonicWALL/Fortinet firewalls, and Windows Server. The ideal individuals will be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated. This individual is responsible for safely and efficiently operating track mounted drills of the high-mast variety. The Drill Operators will support maintenance personnel with all relevant equipment to ensure safe operating equipment and a safe work area.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operating a drill and associated equipment within the company guidelines and safety standards.
Must be able to demonstrate proper start-up and shutdown procedures.
Must be totally familiar with the operational capabilities of track mounted drills of the high-mast variety.
Demonstrate the ability to recognize unstable ground conditions as well as changes in the overburden being drilled and make necessary adjustments to maximize productivity and safety.
Effectively coordinate walking and drilling activities with machine oiler.
Coordinate the establishment of blast hole patterns with proper personnel.
Display understanding of air quality regulations as pertaining to drilling operations and comply with standards.
Operator must be totally familiar with the function of and problems that may develop in any structural or electrical component of the machine, and with the service and function of the on-board lubrication system.
Must be able to determine by inspection: normal wear, functional or structural fatigue which may not require immediate maintenance verses abnormal wear, functional or structural fatigue which may require examination by support personnel or immediate shut-down and repair.
Must effectively coordinate machine maintenance and service with electrical and mechanical departments, and with engineering and field supervision in matters of production related activities.
Assist in the coordination of maintenance, service and production activities with other personnel in a multi-shift team concept.
Completing day to day activities of drill operations including daily/monthly machine inspections, greasing, drill logs, and replacing bits as needed.
Repair drilling machines.
Participating in safety inspections, plant safety program, and follows company and MSHA safety rules and regulations.
Store blasting materials.
Aiding in the training of co-workers as needed.
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are hiring a Senior Contracts Administrator responsible for reviewing all new potential contracts and ensuring that Envirocon is honoring its commitments relative to all contract, subcontract and all other agreement and that they support. Senior Contract Administrator works with the Project Management team to provide all contract administration needs in support of each project for all required approvals under the contract. The Senior Contract Administrator is expected to work independently, using their contract experience and judgment to make decisions within their limits of authority.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, analyze, and evaluate contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and any other type of agreement required for Envirocon to conduct its business.
Draft proposed contractual language for all types of agreements.
Negotiate contractual terms under all types of agreements as needed within limits of authority.
Ensure compliance with bonding and insurance requirements.
Establish an appropriate level of control and oversight over each project assigned to ensure contractual compliance and administration. This includes notifications, change orders, delays, schedule, claims (project, insurance, third party),legal issues, invoicing/payment and any other issues of a contractual nature (Contract Administration) for multiple projects for contracts and subcontracts.
Identify and report risk related to contracts, subcontracts and all other agreements.
Learn and perform all other duties that fall under the responsibilities of the Contracts Department.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To perform successfully as a Senior Contracts Administrator, an individual must excel in the following areas:
