Job Summary
Operators will operate a bulldozer in a rugged outdoor, unpaved environment to move bulk material throughout a manufacturing facility while adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
* Read job specifications to determine operator adjustments and material requirements
* Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
* Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
* Inspect and complete equipment report daily
* Ability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals and maneuver steering wheel to operator equipment
Job Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience using heavy equipment
* High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Able to sit for extended periods in operation of equipment on varying surfaces (paved, dirt, multilevel)
* Able to climb up & down from cab heights with ease multiple times per hour
* Must be able to work safely in a busy mulch yard, judging distances and operating equipment with precision
* Must be able to work effectively in extreme outdoor climate(s) - cold, heat, rain, fog

What you'll do:

As a Load Crew Operator, you will handle packaged explosive products, operate manufacturing vehicles on the job site, and load and drive box trucks. All activity is done in strict compliance with safety and company procedures. You will load and unload trucks. Job Summary: The Tack Truck (Distributor) Operator is responsible for safely operating a tack truck to apply asphalt emulsion (tack coat) to road surfaces in preparation for paving operations. Job Duties & Requirements:

Inspect and maintain tack truck to ensure proper working condition, including cleaning spray bar and checking oil, fluids, and emulsion levels.

Monitor application rate and width for uniform and efficient coverage.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete necessary documentation.
Assist with general labor duties on the paving crew when not operating the tack truck.
Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
Follow company and industry safety standards and procedures at all times.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating tack truck or similar equipment.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class B with tanker endorsement required.
Knowledge of proper emulsion application and truck operation techniques.
Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Possess a solid understanding of all aspects of the paving industry including preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, job specifications, oil consistencies, compaction and other details related to asphalt paving.
Must have the following CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsement
Must be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment.
Valid driver's license required (CDL required with hazmat).

We are currently hiring a Material Handler/ In-Town Route Driver to work in our West Fargo, ND location. This position is best suited for an organized, responsible, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a career within a well-established company.
This position will be 70-75% in the warehouse as a Material Handler and 25-30% In-Town Driver role. The position is from 7am-3pm daily and is also utilized as a Relief Driver for our other drivers while they are on PTO. The Relief Driver Routes start at 5am.
WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO?
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Check and confirm dispatch orders and materials for delivery.
Load for orderly dispatch.
Operate truck to pick up and deliver products, materials, supplies, equipment, etc.
Pick up items for return with proper paperwork.
Obtain appropriate signatures on shipping slips and sign for materials picked up.
Pull tickets and pick orders.
Load orders
Maintain clean work area.
Put stock away.
Checks returns.
Uses scanners to check stock items and locate inventory discrepancies.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
This position is best suited for an individual with:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least one year of verifiable delivery driving experience.
Class B license required.
Medical Certificate Required.
Good driving record required. Applicants must also meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Good understanding of traffic rules and regulations; roads, freeways and local layout. Ability to use hand truck, forklift, dolly, pallet jack, etc.

Position Overview
To assist the Plant Operator with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and performing other miscellaneous plant related functions.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Primary operation of a Loader, with ability to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment, depending on the job site, accurately, efficiently and safely.
* Must be able to ramp all stock piles and load customers safely and in a timely fashion.
* Must be able to assist in the event of a breakdown.
* Clean up around plant and surrounding area.
* Lubricate and perform general maintenance on the equipment.
* Ability to follow directions.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to do routine paperwork.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
